Entrants will have the opportunity to enter as many as they want of the three races available – 500m, 2k and 5k.  The weekend of racing will start on Friday 25th March with the 5k, moving onto the 2k on Saturday and finishing with the 500m on Sunday. Juniors will also be able to enter a 525m on Sunday.

Team and individual entries are available across a variety of age categories from Juniors to Masters, including Adaptive categories.

Entrants can row at home, work, or at the gym. You’ll just need to ensure that you row on a Concept 2, and take a picture of your finished workout to send into the competition. Results will be announced at the end of the weekend.
