Summer Pre-requisites for Coaching Courses
Are you considering taking a UKCC Level 2 Coaching Course this Autumn? With the end of the rowing season on the horizon, now is the time to start collecting your mandatory pre-requisites.
It is important to note that every applicant must have completed all the pre-requisites before applying for a Level 2 Course.
Level 2 coaching courses are currently being planned for each of the 10 British Rowing regions – if you’d like to attend one, make sure you apply for one of the following Capsize & Man Overboard workshops as soon as possible:

To collect your Safeguarding & Protecting Children or Emergency Aid pre-requisites, you have a number options. To book onto a British Rowing course, visit the Education & Training Calendar. You can also book via Sports Coach UK for the Safeguarding, or any other provider for the Emergency Aid.
If you wish to attend a Level 2 Coaching Course, you should aim to have collected these pre-requisites at least a month before the course begins, as they close for bookings on average 25 days before each course starts.
